Long run. 35 degrees, sunny, B&A
- merino gloves
- merino long sleeve (lighter)
- airnet tights with underwear and shorts
- vaporflys with tape
- nuwool injinji socks
- almost too hot in sunlight, but cold enough in shade
- took off gloves, but had to put them on in the end
- socks were warm. probably could have done without tape. my guess is could use down to 30 degrees
- could switch top to short sleeve and arm warmers
- tights were ok. if anything, almost too hot. Could take down to 30 degrees.
Fueling was 2 maurten. Took one around mile 3 and another at mile 7.5. Also took one salt and one BCAA tablet. Last 3.5 felt a bit better.
Didn't put chafe on underarm and was sore (forgot). Can't miss this, even at 11 miles. Also put on lip balm.
